TENANT SERVICE REQUESTS

For all Emergency (Urgent) requests, please call 306-591-2248 PRESS 0 for URGENT REQUEST.   You can email /text as well. Please ensure you call if it is URGENT so we act as soon as we can.

For all non-urgent maintenance requests, please complete the form and send it. 

Emergency (URGENT):
  • Water Emergencies in your suite [leak from plumbing/piping in kitchen bathroom or anywhere else or if you notice in the common area hallway that is spreading fast
  • Water/Leaking ceiling in your suite (from the upstairs suite origin or from upstairs)
  • Broken Water Lines or Frozen heating Pipes including no heat in your suite
  • Sewer Back-up in your suite [back in bathtub, kitchen sink]
  • No Heat [when it is cold out esp during winter]
  • Electrical Issues in your suite or in the common area hallway
  • Carbon Monoxide Detection
  • Extended Power Outage
  • Fire (call the fire department 911)
  • Flooding
Maintenance Emergency (Non-Urgent):
  • Burnt Out Lightbulbs or Fixtures in suite [or in Common hallways if you notice]
  • Appliance Malfunction*
  • Freezer or Fridge not cooling or cold *
  • No Hot Water/No water at all
  • No Air Conditioning (not cooling at all) during non-hot weather
  • No Heat ( if cold out but not very cold out)
  • Noise Complaints
  • Parking Disputes

*-  For Freezer it is recommended you purchase 1-2 “DRY ICE” from Canadian Tire, Walmart and put in the FREEZER to protect against power outage or malfunction of FRIDGE.
