Bill’s continuing experience in investment brokerage and property management together with his specialized knowledge allow him to provide his expertise in helping clients and prospective clients in providing them the consulting services. Assignments include Investment analysis of commercial property investments, investment strategies including investment performance measurements, property acquisition and disposition analysis, as well as lease analysis.
Consulting services are offered on a fee for service arrangement based on a predetermined hourly rate, fixed amount or performance related based on the nature of the client’s project. Compensation is agreed to prior to the undertaking the assignment.
